If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Returned items must be in good condition and include all original components.

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned item is received, our team will carefully inspect it. After approval, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

  • Processing times may vary slightly during peak periods.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Swimbrella™ products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of receipt.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse

  • Damage caused by strong wind conditions

  • Normal wear and tear or product aging
